1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day
- You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once your order is shipped
2. Shipping Partners
We ship orders through trusted logistics partners such as:
- Shiprocket (aggregator)
- Delhivery
- Other reputed courier services depending on your location
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3–6 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–8 business days
Delivery time may vary due to weather, logistics delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹ 999/-
- Standard shipping charges apply for orders below this value
- Final shipping cost will be shown at checkout
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS
- You can track your order in real-time through:
- Your UNISOR account
- Courier partner tracking page
6. Packaging
- All orders are securely packed to prevent damage during transit
- Tampered or damaged packages should be reported immediately at delivery time
7. Delivery Issues
Delayed Delivery
We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Courier partner issues
- Natural disasters or strikes
- Incorrect address provided by customer
Failed Delivery Attempts
- Courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times
- If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to origin (RTO)
8. Return to Origin (RTO)
Orders may be marked as RTO if:
- Customer is unavailable
- Incorrect/incomplete address
- Customer refuses delivery
👉 In such cases:
- Refund will be processed after deducting shipping charges
- Re-shipping may require additional payment
9. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on eligible orders and locations
- Additional COD charges may apply
- Customers are requested to provide valid contact details to avoid delivery issues
