At UNISOR, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations are accepted.
1. Order Cancellation Window
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped
- Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed
- After dispatch, you may request a return as per our Return & Refund Policy
2. Non-Cancellable Orders
The following orders cannot be cancelled:
- Orders that have already been shipped
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Digital or downloadable products (if applicable)
3. Refund on Cancellation
If your cancellation request is accepted:
- Prepaid Orders:
Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days - Cash on Delivery (COD):
No refund required (since payment was not completed)
4. Cancellation by UNISOR
UNISOR reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Issues with payment verification
👉 In such cases:
- Full refund will be issued (for prepaid orders)
- Customer will be notified via email/SMS
5. Partial Cancellation
- If your order contains multiple products, you may request partial cancellation before shipment
- Once any item is shipped, it cannot be cancelled
6. Refusal at Delivery
- If you refuse to accept a prepaid order at delivery, it may be treated as Return to Origin (RTO)
- Shipping charges may be deducted from your refund
7. After Shipment
If your order is already shipped:
- Cancellation is not possible
- You may initiate a return within 48 hours of delivery (as per policy)
8. How to Cancel an Order
To request cancellation:
- Log in to your UNISOR account and cancel from My Orders

- Provide: Order ID + reason
9. Abuse of Policy
UNISOR reserves the right to:
- Reject repeated cancellation requests
- Restrict accounts involved in misuse or fraudulent activity
