At UNISOR, we aim to provide a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.
1. Return Window (48 Hours)
- Customers must initiate a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
- Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
- Product must not be damaged by the customer
- Valid proof of purchase/order ID is required
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Innerwear, personal care, or hygiene products
- Perishable goods
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on product page
4. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear images or unboxing video as proof
- After verification, we will offer:
- Replacement OR
- Full refund
5. Refund Process
- Refunds are initiated after quality check and approval
- Timeline:
- Prepaid orders: 5–7 business days (to original payment method)
- Cash on Delivery (COD): 5–10 business days (via bank transfer/UPI)
6. Return Pickup
- Reverse pickup will be arranged where available
- If pickup is not available, customer may need to self-ship the product
- Shipping charges may be:
- Free (if issue is from our side)
- Deducted (for customer-initiated returns)
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — only return applies
8. Abuse of Policy
UNISOR reserves the right to:
- Reject returns in case of misuse or repeated returns
- Take action against fraudulent claims
